The Junior AI Developer will assist in designing and deploying AI agents that integrate with ERP systems, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance business process automation.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of AI agents for integration with ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle
Contribute to the creation of workflows utilizing AI and LLM technologies (Generative AI) alongside ERP connectors
Help test, debug, and optimize AI agent performance for customer deployments
Support cloud platform deployment activities and configuration of integrations
Participate in internal innovation projects, proofs-of-concept, and demos under the guidance of senior team members
Learn and apply best practices in AI, cloud-native development, and ERP application integration
Maintain basic technical documentation and contribute to project deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (recently completed or nearing graduation)
Solid academic foundation in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Java, along with software engineering principles
Exposure to AI/ML concepts through coursework, capstone projects, or internships
Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms preferred)
Basic knowledge of data structures, APIs, and REST services
Willingness to learn about ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle EBS/JDE) and enterprise integration
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Self-starter attitude with a curiosity for AI and business process automation
Preferred
Previous internship or project experience involving AI, software integration, or ERP modules
Familiarity with cloud AI tools such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or OCI AI Services
Participation in academic or extracurricular projects that demonstrate creative AI-driven problem solving
Engagement in hackathons, research labs, or innovation challenges
