Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the team and communicating with other members of leadership. Acting back-up when other members of leadership are absent

Depending on the assigned department, the Team Lead could be responsible for duties including, but not limited to, inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, outbound loading, inventory control, returns and other areas of operation within the Distribution Center

Serves as area “subject matter expert” within the Blue Yonder warehouse management system and the Garnett ERP

Depending on functional area, the Team Lead is expected to always ensure inventory integrity. This includes proper receipts, inventory movements and adjustments, accurate picking and cycle counting

Plays a significant role in error detection and process improvement in relation to operational SOP’s

Identifies and communicates opportunities for process improvement and fosters an environment of continuous improvement

Coordinates with other functional areas in a collaborative manner that supports CFS Brands Core Values
