Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, hallways, and common areas
Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners
Wipe down desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces with disinfectants
Clean restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenishing supplies
Dust furniture, fixtures, and windowsills
Clean glass doors and windows as needed
Restock cleaning and restroom supplies from storage
Water indoor plants and outdoor flowers according to schedule
Monitor plant health and notify supervisor if special care is needed
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs
Follow company safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical cleaning tasks
Dependable, trustworthy, and respectful of company property
Preferred
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience
