Responsibilities

Conduct financial modeling, financial analysis and market research

Assist in the preparation of client presentations, investor materials, pitch books, and offering memoranda

Perform due diligence and data analysis to support transaction execution

Track industry trends and identify investment opportunities

Communicate with internal teams, clients, and investors to support deal flow

Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance and reporting processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

1–2 years of relevant experience

Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn quickly

Preferred
