Lead and develop sourcing talent – Inspire, coach, and develop partners through clear expectations, meaningful goals, and ongoing performance and development conversations, including onboarding and skill development in sourcing best practices
Deliver strategic sourcing leadership – Lead the development and execution of category sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and risk management practices that support enterprise priorities and operational excellence
Architect value for the business – Develop strategic and operational plans, measure results, and hold teams accountable while partnering with leadership to drive bottom‑line results, top‑line growth, and corporate social responsibility outcomes

Required

Sourcing Foundations – Expert knowledge of category strategies, supplier relationship management, risk management, RFX processes, market analysis, should cost models, and standard legal protections

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field preferred
8+ years of sourcing experience preferred
