Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Data Collecting
Download and obtain various data from company systems, including SAP, to aid in reporting tools and ad hoc related projects
Organize and maintain large amounts of data, analyze, and make the data presentable to communicate financial performance metrics and insights to management
Tracking of revenue and cost, rate and tariff schedules, noting status and rate escalations
Prepare routine weekly/monthly reports, including financial results, for all customers and sections of operations
Review historical client and financial data to perform various analyses, including YOY comparisons, profitability analysis, budget vs actual variance analysis, and forecasting
Project and Special Study Support
Collaborate with and provide support to the Operations and Finance teams on day-to-day tasks and long-term special studies
For special projects, review data and assumptions prepared by other teams, perform due diligence and data validation, and present any issues found to Manager/HOT
Assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations, composition of internal approval documents (red folders), and preparation of supporting analysis, as needed
Provide support to Contracts Management as required, including the preparation of revenue and profitability impact summaries
Other duties as assigned

Required

Intermediate PC skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database management
Must possess high organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's Degree
1 - 2 years of related experience in Business Planning and/or Financial Analysis

Preferred

Must be able to work independently and at the direction of the Supervisor, Manager and/or National Manager/HOD
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
SAP experience
3 - 5 years of related experience in Vehicle Logistics and/or Automotive Industry
