Lead cross-functional global programs covering assembly, packaging, labeling, testing, and release
Develop program strategies, timelines, milestones, and governance models
Manage budgets, risks, and resource planning
Drive product transfer from development to manufacturing
Coordinate regulatory readiness and support product launches
Facilitate stakeholder communication and global meetings
Ensure successful program closeout and handover
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science
10+ years in manufacturing/technical operations (pharma/device)
5+ years in global program/project management
Experience in fill/finish, device manufacturing, and combination products
Strong knowledge of product transfer and industrialization
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Excellent communication, leadership, and financial acumen
