Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) is seeking a highly qualified Data Quality Engineer who will also perform as the Project Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data across systems, validating databases and data flows, and leading a project team to deliver contracted services.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Data Quality & Management Test Plans aligned to program needs; define validation approaches and reporting mechanisms

Validate databases, ETL/ELT workflows, transformations, and lineage to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy

Implement and maintain test data management practices using Tricentis Tosca TDM (or government-directed tools), including provisioning synthetic/masked data for compliant testing

Provide dashboards and reports tracking data quality defects, anomalies, exceptions, and trends; support prioritization and remediation tracking

Coordinate with product and data engineering teams to ensure data quality issues are documented, prioritized, and resolved

Act as customer’s single point of contact for contract performance

Lead team members to effectively deliver contracted services and assist in customer mission accomplishment
