Assisting in tracking and managing inventory levels, including conducting inventory audits, and communicating discrepancies to buyers and warehouse staff
Handling product inquiries and coordinating with buyers to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers
Supporting sales and marketing efforts by collaborating with buyers to prepare and execute promotions and tracking sales data for inventory planning
Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and preparing reports and presentations for buyers and warehouse communication
Assisting with the coordination of shipments, including invoicing, billing, and processing payments, as well as monitoring and reconciling inventory transactions with the warehouse
Qualification
Required
Completion of Sophomore year of college through graduating year
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Available for full commitment of 10-week program (40 hours/week)
Currently enrolled in accredited college or university in pursuit of bachelor's degree in related field
Eligible to work in the US
Ability to relocate to work location for the duration of the program
