Responsibilities

Owning the day-to-day office support of the Los Angeles headquarters to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
Managing office supplies, snacks, equipment, vendors, and maintenance needs
Creating a welcoming, inspiring environment that reflects the creative and collaborative culture of the LA office
Planning and executing in-office events, team moments, and cultural touchpoints
Partnering with our Office Operations, Facilities, Property, and Safety and Security teams to support the physical office environment
Serving as the primary point of contact for office-related questions and requests, helping team members navigate the workplace with clarity and ease
Identifying opportunities to improve how the office feels and functions, and turning ideas into action
Building strong relationships across Brand, Creative, Product, and Engineering teams
Supporting company-wide culture campaigns and helping connect the LA office to the broader Carvana workplace experience

Required

3 or more years of experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, or a related role
Proven ability to manage day-to-day office operations and support in-office teams
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
Comfort working in a high-visibility role with frequent interaction across teams and with leaders
Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary for event setup or office logistics
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred

Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, or office ticketing platforms
A strong sense of aesthetic and space, with an eye for how things look and feel​
Previous event planning experience
