Tenovi, an Inc. 5000 Company, is seeking a hands-on Software Product Manager to join their growing team as the first dedicated software product hire. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of their Remote Patient Monitoring software, translating business goals into a clear product plan and coordinating efforts across engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Own sprint planning and execution: Work closely with engineering to define sprint goals, prioritize tickets, and track progress. Keep projects on schedule and ensure we’re shipping the right things at the right time

Translate business needs into product tasks: Take input from sales, customer success, and leadership and turn it into clear, actionable requirements and user stories

Document features and processes: Write clear product specs, release notes, internal documentation, and training materials to support both engineering and commercial teams

Coordinate releases and GTM activities: Work with the CTO, sales, and operations to help prepare product releases, customer communications, onboarding materials, and sales enablement content

Measure product impact: Track key product metrics like new user adoption, customer feedback, and usage data to inform future development

Support roadmap planning: Help organize and prioritize product ideas and feature requests into a roadmap that balances customer needs and business goals

Be the glue across teams: Facilitate communication between engineering, sales, and operations to ensure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction

Required

5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in a software or healthtech environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you can juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the big picture

Experience working directly with engineers in an Agile environment

Comfortable writing user stories, documenting features, and owning backlogs

Strong communicator who can work across technical and non-technical teams

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments

Experience with connected devices, healthcare, or RPM is a plus (but not required)

Preferred

Experience supporting go-to-market launches or customer onboarding

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar

Background in a startup or early-stage product team
