Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Capture requirements for highly complex systems across multiple stakeholders, applying SDLC principles to ensure comprehensive deliverables and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Design & User Experience: Significantly contribute to the design process to ensure solutions support business requirements and deliver an optimized user experience
Strategic Alignment: Apply business expertise and understanding of organizational trajectory to work with technical and business teams, supporting business objectives and aligning to the product roadmap
Quality Assurance Partnership: Collaborate with QA teams to develop project testing strategies, support and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases
Risk Management & Security: Advise on security, risk management, and IT process principles, partnering effectively with security and risk teams to ensure technology portfolio changes adhere to standards
Industry Trends: Utilize industry trends to influence requirements for new application features and enhancements consistent with strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst working on complex systems and applications; must have proven expertise in all competencies listed below
Must reside within 35 miles of Brooklyn, OH 44144
Process Improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
Core Application Systems knowledge and ability to leverage production systems
Customer Focus with ability to create customized solutions
Cross-Team Integration and collaboration across divisions
Effective Communications across all organizational levels
