Clearance Needed: Active, with an investigation within last 5 years or CE enrollment

Special access required to start

Structural Analysts use computational methods and tools in a specialized field (strength of metallic and composite structures, finite element analysis, fatigue and damage tolerance, etc.)

They are responsible for establishing structural specifications and performing structural analysis on new designs of primary and secondary airframe structure

Experience in stress analysis of subsystems and subsystems installations is desired

Airframe primary structure layout and sizing

Hand/Excel-based analysis of aerospace structures

Candidate must be capable of interpreting detail, assembly, and installation type drawings and models
