DMD Systems Recovery, LLC is a certified B Corp providing IT Asset Disposition solutions. They are seeking a Data Destruction Technician responsible for erasing customer data, monitoring software, and physically destroying hard drives.

Responsibilities

Erasure of Customer Data

Monitor Erasure Software

Grade assets for resale

Physically Destroy HDD’s

Provide recommendations and actions to improve the department and outcomes

Required

Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent work experience)

1 year experience with computer software/hardware experience

Comfortable using a computer for data entry

Ability to make quick decisions

Consistently follow process and procedures

Demonstrate care and safekeeping to each IT Asset

Experience troubleshooting issues with enterprise-grade information systems (servers, networking equipment, storage arrays, etc.), laptops, desktops, and mobile devices

Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time; squatting, twisting, bending, and lifting between 20-40 lbs. (or more) regularly (with or without accommodations)

Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment

No felonies for theft for the prior 7 years

Prior experience using Erasure Software's

Laptop Repair experience

Experience with PC/Laptop hardware

A+ certifications
