Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of domestic shipments, including booking and processing incoming orders

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, special requirements, and shipment updates

Coordinate with warehouse teams and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight

Prepare and manage all transportation documentation, including delivery notes, transfer orders, and shipment records

Monitor carrier performance and serve as the primary escalation point for service-related issues

Investigate shipment complaints and claims, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up

Identify opportunities to improve internal logistics processes and provide recommendations to the department manager

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within domestic logistics operations to support business growth

Collaborate with multiple carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure consistent and on-time freight delivery

Perform additional logistics and operational support tasks as assigned
