Responsibilities

Serve as primary right-hand support to the CEO across business and administrative matters
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and daily priorities
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials
Plan and book domestic and international travel
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Liaise with internal teams, investors, and external partners
Track action items, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned

Required

BA/BS from US college
Minimum 3 years' Executive Assistant experience, preferably for C-level
Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure, high-stakes environment
Competence with tech including Google Workspace, Zoom, and leveraging productivity tools
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience in tech and/or start-up settings preferred but not required
