Responsibilities
Flash devices with required builds and ensure proper configuration for validation testing
Manage device allocation and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems
Coordinate device availability and distribution with engineering and program management teams
Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve device configuration and operational issues
Develop and improve documentation to enable team self-service capabilities
Monitor and report device readiness status and identify potential blockers to stakeholders
Maintain detailed records of device status throughout the validation lifecycle
Ensure devices are prepared and available to support timely execution of testing scenarios
Partner with internal engineering teams to understand hardware requirements and priorities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience with device flashing and setup
Minimum 2 years of experience with hardware inventory tracking and asset management
Minimum 2 years of experience performing basic technical troubleshooting
Previous hands-on technical or lab operations experience required

Strong organizational and tracking capabilities
Meticulous attention to detail with ability to follow procedures precisely
