Responsibilities
Supports due diligence for potential investment recommendations by conducting thorough research and analysis
Develops comprehensive business plans for high-potential growth opportunities, including market analysis, financial projections, and strategic recommendations
Produces detailed research reports, including primers, white papers, and company analyses, to inform key stakeholders
Assesses business opportunities in emerging markets and healthcare innovations to identify potential partnerships and investments
Acts as a liaison between various departments, including corporate, shared services, hospital leadership, and external consultants, to ensure alignment and collaboration
Facilitates the introduction and implementation of innovative ideas and strategies from peer health systems
Establishes project deadlines and communicates expectations to ensure timely completion of tasks
Regularly communicates project status to supervisors and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and any potential issues
Manages relationships with analytics teams to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting
Provides programmatic leadership for health equity initiatives, collaborating with executive sponsors, project teams, and operational leaders
Drives strategic initiatives by structuring complex issues into phased workstreams, clear deliverables, and actionable plans
Develops and presents strategic business value propositions and plans to support identified initiatives
