Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to project managers and programmatic support staff while ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions

Plan and lead major technology initiatives

Architect and design solutions through domain models and use cases that describe larger system behavior and the impact of solutions

Design business processes, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements

Assist with quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met
