Responsibilities

Measuring performance against critical KPIs within the division

Traveling with sellers to coach and develop both skills and opportunity with customers

Translating strategic objectives within the West and greater NA sales org into tactical actions for the sellers

Forecasting sales performance and maintaining funnel review rigor throughout the periods

Problem solving and linking resources within the organization to the sellers who need them

Required

Entrepreneurial in nature with both strategic and tactical dimension and capabilities demonstrated through using data analytics to analyze current business climate, market dynamics, and industry trends to devise a winning sales strategy

Proven track record of utilizing collaborative selling techniques to deliver sales growth, customer expansion and market share growth

Demonstrated experience in building engagement across an in-person and virtual sales team, while recruiting, retaining, and cultivating top sales talent

Affinity for developing sales talent through coaching, mentoring, and proactively finding opportunities for associates to achieve career progression

Drive standard work development and process improvement through utilizing VES

Strong financial, bottom-line orientation

Excellent analytical skills and solid business acumen with ability to balance the needs of the marketplace with sound business judgment

Willingness to travel the 75% of the time within the assigned territory
