Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution across multiple high-profile theatrical releases a year
Develop globally minded marketing strategies while developing and executing domestic go-to-market plans
Drive innovation in audience engagement, campaign approaches and break-through campaign ideas
Develop and facilitate impressive campaign presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across multiple concurrent campaigns
Lead relationships with creative partners and agencies
Approve and guide creative direction for high-stakes marketing initiatives, to serve territory requirements
Collaborate with International stakeholders to support global best practices and innovation
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
Drive organizational alignment on campaign priorities and resource allocation
Champion creative excellence and innovative problem-solving across the organization
Ability to see big picture, anticipate trends, and translate insights into actionable plans
Commitment to fostering and developing healthy cross-functional dynamics
Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups in fast-paced environments

Required

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience leading primary research studies across various methodologies: online quant surveys, focus groups, 1:1, ethnographies, online qual, mobile
Experience with various statistical techniques (regression analysis, coefficient correlation)
