Responsibilities

Develop scalable Appian applications using Process Models, SAIL, Data Fabric, Record Actions, and Connected Systems

Re-platform applications from older technologies (like MS Access, VB) to Appian

Collaborate with Lead Architects on design, contributing to technical documentation (ERDs, design docs)

Integrate Appian with other systems and databases, handling data migration

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines, promoting DevOps best practices

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Ensure robust testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards

Work with BAs and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
