Responsibilities

Lead and manage administrative staff to ensure effective and efficient operations of the office
Oversee day-to-day office activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management, to maintain a smooth workflow
Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs remain within allocated limits
Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships for optimal operational support
Ensure seamless communication by coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining internal databases
Develop and enforce office policies, procedures, and standards to enhance work culture and environment
Address and resolve any office-related issues or conflicts, fostering a positive atmosphere
Manage and oversee the recruiting systems and processes
Work with new and existing agencies on retention of clientele

Qualification

Office management experienceMS Office Suite proficiencyLeadership skillsProperty & casualty licenseProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Experience in an office management role or similar position
Willing and able to get property & casualty insurance licensed
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with office management software is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions
