Responsibilities
Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices
Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files
Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of accounts payable experience within a construction environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred (not required)
