New Grad, Entry LevelResourceful is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Underwriting system. This role is critical to ensuring successful delivery of a high-impact program and will work closely with experienced team members and program sponsors to meet key objectives on time.

Responsibilities
Elicit and document current state and future state processes
Gather and define business , functional , and non-functional requirements
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment
Create mock-up forms and letters for system outputs
Map variable fields in documents to incoming data sources
Perform validation testing to ensure changes meet expected outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
Familiarity with tools for managing requirements artifacts
Understanding of delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
Preferred
Ability to read code or pseudocode
Experience executing queries
Knowledge of document or form design
