Responsibilities
The associate will handle a diverse docket that includes personal injury and wrongful death matters, construction defect and product liability claims, dram shop cases, and commercial and contract disputes
Representing national and international transportation clients, insurers, and real estate and property management companies
Hands-on involvement across all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, expert coordination, and trial preparation
Qualification
Required
1-5+ years of defense litigation experience
Experience in general liability, personal injury, or premises liability defense
Comfortable taking ownership of cases
Preferred
Experience in trucking and transportation litigation
Experience in construction related disputes and complex insurance defense litigation
Deposition experience is a plus, as well as strong law and motion experience
