First Western is seeking an Operations Analyst I to join their team. In this role, you will support high-net-worth clients by delivering comprehensive solutions through the Trust & Investment Operations team, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Provides a consistently high level of service and acts as first line of support to internal clients with an emphasis on prompt communication and follow-up

Administers invoices for internal clients and records/tracks transactions on core systems

Prepares independently and or assists client facing staff in preparing quarterly client packets

Provides administrative and supportive functions relating to underwriting, lapse notices, policy, investment changes, etc

Cross-trains and learns continuously in operational departments, acting as a peer resource for the cross-coverage of daily duties

Independently prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines and ensure consistent adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to as defined by management and participates in the completion of special projects and processing of periodic requests as assigned
