Responsibilities
Serve as the warm, welcoming voice and face of Genesis for our clients in person, by phone and online via our website chat
Provide exceptional administrative support to our clinical team
Manage scheduling, new client intakes, and day-to-day office coordination
Support our mission by maintaining HIPAA compliance and ensuring every client receives timely, thoughtful care
Collaborate with the management and administrative teams to support a smooth, efficient, and professional environment
Qualification
Required
A heart for service and a passion for helping others
Strong communication and relational skills
Organizational precision and attention to detail
Comfort with phones, computers, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
The ability to be flexible, solution-oriented, and a team player
Preferred
Familiarity with insurance processes
