Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
Perform structural repairs, including welding
Follow established Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) procedures and guidelines
Demonstrate safe and proper application of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools
Document repairs and maintenance using basic computer skills for accurate job records
Travel regularly to customer and prospective client locations to perform on-site repairs and maintenance
Comply with all road signs and operate vehicles safely within legal limits and weather conditions
Follow all Auto and Equipment Safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet dealership objectives
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently without supervision
Proficient in using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely
Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting
Must be over 21 years of age
Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License for company driving purposes
Preferred
5+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment (construction or heavy machinery preferred)
