Responsibilities

Drive product strategy and roadmap for IBOR solutions within asset management and financial services

Serve as Product Owner in Agile Scrum teams, driving iterative development and continuous improvement of IBOR solutions

Ensure product alignment with business objectives across public asset classes, including equities and fixed income

Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring compliance and data integrity

Partner with technology and operations teams to optimize data flows and enhance product functionality

Qualification

Required

Extensive experience in financial services with a strong background in asset management

Deep understanding of public asset classes such as equities and fixed income

Proven track record in product management roles within financial services organizations

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and proficiency in Jira for product and program management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams

Must be willing to go onsite to the office 3 days a week in Newark, DE
