Responsibilities

Lead the stewardship and management of managed account data in Customer Master, ensuring Dealer and Caterpillar Managed Accounts data is accurate, aligned, and visible through dashboards

Oversee customer data change requests from managed account teams, collaborating with technical teams for bulk requests, ensuring requirements fulfilled efficiently

Champion and uphold data quality and governance standards

Collaborate with Industry Managed Account teams to develop business requirements for additional Data Product features that support managed account data and processes

Partner with the analytics team to proactively identify data issues and corrective actions

Effectively communicate with business partners and dealers on data and process improvements
