Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable web applications using ReactJS / Next.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
Ensure clean, maintainable, and high-quality code through reviews
Optimize application performance and resolve production issues
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with state management (Redux/MobX)
REST APIs and async request handling
Web performance optimization and Git
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
10–20 years of software development experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
TypeScript, testing frameworks (Jest/Enzyme)
Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Responsive and mobile-first design
