They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant Intern to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding processes for new hires (ie. documentation, systemization)
Maintain employee records and assist with HR, accounting, and office databases
Aid in the accounts payable process (invoices and billing) with accuracy and efficiency
Strategize and implement workplace improvements
Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed

Required

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Located in Los Angeles County and comfortable working on-site
