Support and maintain ICT-Desktop Technician infrastructure in coordination with engineers, project managers, and facility management
Collaborate with third-party providers and asset management teams
Use tools such as Project Place (EPP), EriColl, EriDoc, GORDON, RTT, SAM Web, and other monitoring and collaboration tools
Follow established procedures for change and capacity management
Qualification
Required
Responsible for installing and monitoring cost-efficient technical and maintenance activities within the Service Delivery environment
Support and maintain ICT-Desktop Technician infrastructure in coordination with engineers, project managers, and facility management
Collaborate with third-party providers and asset management teams
Use tools such as Project Place (EPP), EriColl, EriDoc, GORDON, RTT, SAM Web, and other monitoring and collaboration tools
Follow established procedures for change and capacity management

Ability to navigate production floors and frequently use stairs
