Collection Supervisor

Supervises tax compliance personnel in a BE office collection group
Participates as a team leader and team member in the operational change process to identify and resolve work-related issues

Supervisory experience and/or lead experience
Ability to identify and manage business improvement changes, including technology solutions

Experience or knowledge of Franchise Tax Board's (FTB) collection systems
Knowledge of Business Entity (BE) laws, Revenue and Taxation Code (R&TC), policies, and procedures
