Pre-qualify prospects and ask underwriting questions
Cross-sell additional Property & Casualty products
Overcome objections and guide clients through the buying process
Document all activity in internal systems
Ensure compliance with carrier, state, and company guidelines
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty license (required)
Prior inside sales, call center, or insurance sales experience
Comfort with both inbound and outbound phone-based sales
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Performance-driven and comfortable working toward goals
Ability to navigate multiple systems independently
