Responsibilities

Oversee cost accounting within a manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting

Partner closely with operations, supply chain, and finance to manage ERP master data, lead new product costing, analyze labor, overhead, and variances, and support margin improvement initiatives

Manage inventory controls, account reconciliations, audit support, and continuous process improvement to drive efficiency, ROI, and informed strategic decision-making

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and lead the month-end close process to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting

Maintain the general ledger, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support financial statement preparation, and oversee fixed assets, depreciation, and sales tax compliance

Support finance leadership, ERP initiatives, audit activities, and continuous process improvements to strengthen controls and reporting efficiency
