Responsibilities

You will manage relationships between Bank Operations, line of business leaders, IT partners, and vendors

You will use your project management skills to complete projects on time with minimal impact on the line of business you support

You will participate in mapping, testing, root cause analysis, and assist with production deployments

You will search for efficiencies while you continue to move items forward and overcome difficulties that arise

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science

Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in bank operations with emphasis on business application support, project management, or development

Equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of Project Management Methodology

Ability to perform testing for moderate projects

Experience in defining and performing analysis, design, documentation, planning, and deployment of systems software and procedures

Ability to manage relationships between Bank Operations, line of business leaders, IT partners, and vendors
