Responsibilities

Perform tasks designed to maintain documentation/computer records that reflect accurate location and quantity of materials, products and equipment
Ensures company's guidelines on proper stock rotation are followed
Ensures in-house orders, customer orders and backorders are processed according to customer specifications and plant procedures
Ensures outboard information maintenance is accurate and current
Process customer orders including releasing Hots, backordering and working holds
Material variance investigations, order picking process support
Assisting with inventory control (Discrepancies, physical Inventory)
Allocation of product for Stock/ Export Shipping
Other duties as assigned
