The role involves managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and payment application, while coordinating across departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

Generate invoices accurately and on schedule:

Manufacturing – invoice upon shipment of goods

Professional Services – invoice weekly for completed work

Track and manage customer change orders, ensuring they’re properly approved and billed

Communicate with customers to resolve billing questions and ensure timely payment

Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue accounts, and reduce DSO

Apply payments, reconcile customer accounts, and support month-end close

Partner with internal teams (sales, operations, and manufacturing to verify billing data

Provide weekly AR and collections reports to management

Continuously improve billing accuracy, process efficiency, and customer communication
