Responsibilities

Execute the company’s global compensation strategy to reinforce culture and business objectives
Manage governance and delivery of global compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs
Partner with CHRO on executive pay design and compliance; ensure timely and accurate execution
Lead annual compensation planning cycles and rewards review processes
Provide insights on pay equity, transparency, and market competitiveness using external benchmarks
Communicate compensation philosophy and practices clearly to employees and leaders
Design and implement recognition programs that support performance, culture, and inclusion
Act as a trusted advisor to HR business partners and senior leaders on compensation and HR operations
Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and other functions to ensure alignment and compliance
Monitor market trends and emerging practices in compensation and HR operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
6+ years of progressive experience in compensation with global exposure
Strong understanding of compensation programs across multiple regions
Familiarity with HR operations and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
Excellent analytical and influencing skills; ability to use data to tell a compelling story
Proven ability to build and develop teams
Strong business acumen and ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment
