Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for Dell laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS (installation, updates, performance, security)
Support users with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Active Directory
Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and calls in a timely and professional manner
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the internal knowledge base
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup and software provisioning
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Dell hardware
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or equivalent
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
