Mid LevelTrispoke Managed Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Aircraft Transmissions Design Engineer responsible for designing and developing aircraft system solutions. The role involves working with various mechanical components and collaborating with a team of engineers to ensure successful design outcomes.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a Transmissions Design Engineer to be responsible for the design, development and support of elegant and safe aircraft system solutions that exceed customer expectations for mission success
Transmissions designers work with gears, bearings, seals, housings, lubrication systems, and drive shafts within the drive system and utilize traditional manufacturing methods such as machining, castings, and forgings as well as advanced technologies in additive manufacturing
Typical tasks include preparing drawing revisions and Engineering Change Orders, prepare Engineering Instructions and specification revisions, creating conceptual layouts, performing preliminary component sizing, and completing detail design tolerancing/stack-ups
As a Design Engineer you will have the opportunity to interact with Analysts, Material and Process Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Test Engineers, and suppliers to drive designs to closure
The successful candidate will have experience in component design and manufacturing, have a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving, have an understanding of loading and dynamics in mechanical assemblies, be highly competitive and motivated to take ownership of commitments and meet objectives, be capable of managing complex tasks and drive them to successful outcomes, and possess excellent communication and technical writing skills
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship required
Experience in component design and manufacturing
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
Understanding of loading and dynamics in mechanical assemblies
Highly competitive and motivated to take ownership of commitments and meet objectives
Capable of managing complex tasks and driving them to successful outcomes
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
