Electrical Manufacturing Liaison

Responsibilities

Responsible for MRB activities at all build locations (San Jose and Covington)
Responsible for build quality and checks needed for all phases of aircraft build
Coordinate Functional testing issues and HV tests on the aircraft
Coordinate DFM / DFA activities for Engineering
Lead physical Harness upgrade activities if required
Coordinate with Flight test group for all inspections, repair and Work instructions
Provide assistance to ME and Technicians on any clarification needed on Engineering data
Help to Develop and implement MRB Methods and Standards for all Production Facilities
Helps to develop Design and Compliance Standards within the Team
Strong Understanding of Compliance for Harness Design
Experience with both 2D and 3D Wiring Design; knowledge of Mentor Graphics Design Tool Suite preferable
Travel offsite might be needed based on Flight operations requirements

Required

Minimum of 5 Years Of MRB / Design Experience
Strong Understanding of Wire Harness Compliance Requirements
Familiarization with Harness Fabrication concepts, systems or tools
Responsible for MRB activities at all build locations (San Jose and Covington)
Responsible for build quality and checks needed for all phases of aircraft build
Coordinate Functional testing issues and HV tests on the aircraft
Coordinate DFM / DFA activities for Engineering
