Responsibilities

Evaluate incoming digital assets from multiple pipelines for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Monitor production schedules and go-live timelines to ensure on-time delivery
Tag and organize digital assets to enhance searchability and support automation efforts
Troubleshoot technical issues, document bugs, and contribute suggestions for feature improvements
Onboard and support users across departments—resolving access issues and offering training that drives adoption
Partner with content creators to ensure metadata accuracy and compliance with standards during DAM uploads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies across connected systems

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, or a related field within media
Proficiency with Digital Asset Management systems
Understanding of metadata standards, file formats, and DAM best practices
Strong customer service mindset—responsive, solutions-oriented, and focused on DAM adoption
Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management
Team-oriented communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for users
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving tools and workflows
Passion for optimizing creative workflows and supporting content teams
Hybrid work schedule: 4 days per week in-office at our NYC headquarters
