Responsibilities
Performing a wide range of repair tasks using hand and power tools with minimal to no supervision
Completing general carpentry repairs, painting, caulking, cutting, and cosmetic container repairs
Operating forklifts safely (we’ll certify you if you’re not already certified)
Operating standard shop equipment and performing all required cutting operations safely
Pressure washing and cleaning containers
Safely rigging and lifting materials as part of repair work
Moving materials using hand carts and assisting with staging and organization
Following repair instructions and technical guidance while exercising sound judgment in execution
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, inside and out
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in construction, building trades, assembly work, or a related hands-on field
Proven experience using hand and power tools independently
Ability to read and understand English in compliance with OSHA safety requirements
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to become forklift certified and safely operate material-handling equipment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Solid work ethic—regular attendance and punctuality are essential
