7+ years of overall hands-on software development experience
3+ years of strong, hands-on experience with Golang
Solid experience with .NET technologies and migration/modernization projects
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience with Docker and containerized applications
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong database experience (SQL/NoSQL)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
Healthcare domain experience (HIPAA familiarity is a plus)
Experience with Kubernetes
