Required

10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise or solution architecture roles

15+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics technology environments

Proven track record delivering large-scale supply chain systems across retail, QSR, manufacturing, and distribution domains

Prior experience working both as a technology vendor and enterprise practitioner

Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), and Manufacturing systems

Strong background in supply chain process design, warehouse operations, and systems integration

Experience supporting food safety, quality, and sourcing-adjacent systems

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Manhattan WMS, Oracle WMS, HighJump, JDA, and custom warehouse systems

Strong understanding of API-based integrations and enterprise integration patterns

Experience using LeanIX for enterprise architecture modeling

Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments

TOGAF-certified with strong command of enterprise architecture methodologies

Ability to define and drive target architectures across complex supply chain ecosystems

Skilled in creating ARB-ready architecture artifacts and leading governance discussions

Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences
