Responsibilities

Help support, maintain and analyze issues for applications used in the Financial Centers

Analyzing complex production issues, and working those to resolution

Serve as an escalation point to review code, update databases, and provide technical direction

Collaborate with other support teams to identify the root cause and execute steps to resolve

Required

7+ years of application programming experience

Strong Java, JavaScript, and HTML skills

Must have excellent organization skills

Ability to debug applications

Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace

Understanding of Networks

Strong C or C++ Skills
