Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) Summer Intern

They are seeking an intern for their Operations Leadership Development Program, where the selected candidate will work on real business challenges, develop strategic thinking, and gain exposure to operations within a large organization.

Responsibilities
Lead components of operational projects by developing plans, monitoring progress, and removing barriers to timely delivery
Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer experience
Build dashboards, scorecards, and metrics that provide actionable insights and inform decision-making
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a bachelor's program with at least 3 years completed
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, athletics, community involvement)
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to relocate to Bloomfield, CT for the 10-week internship
Preferred
Majors in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or related fields
3.0+ GPA
Interest in process improvement and project management
Positive, motivated, and growth-oriented mindset
